Pasadena

Pasadena is our busiest stop on the south side of the channel, and the work splits about evenly between homes and businesses.

On the residential side it is wood privacy fence, chain link, and repairs after a storm takes out a run. On the commercial side it is perimeter chain link, cantilever slide gates for truck traffic, and access control at apartment and storage entries.

Multi-tenant properties get particular attention on access: a directory that calls the right unit, individual codes that can be issued and deleted, and exit loops that let residents out without a fob they will inevitably lose.
